Mr. Ritesh Sarda, founder member of Infinity Solutions, is young enthusiastic and creative entrepreneur, specialized in solving quintessential emerging business problems & deliver an unmitigated solution.
Mr. Sarda Graduated with a degree of commerce from India & completed his professional degree of Chartered Accountancy (CA.) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is very pro-active & result oriented, having strong accounting experience & has been actively involved in accounting & consultancy services for more than a decade.
While working with Dubai’s one of the top performing consultancy firm, along with handling audits & consolidation of large, emerging & high risk industries, he was also looking after all compliances viz, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Value Added Taxes, Anti Money Laundering compliances.
Mr. Sarda is a speaker & faculty on Corporate Taxes for ICAI Dubai Chapter. He also conducted various technical workshop for Corporate tax Decree, VAT Decree law, Economic substances Regulations and various public clarifications. Also given the presentations as key speaker at Corporate Tax Seminars, VAT seminars & ESR Webinars, including for Ajman Free Zone during implementation phase.

Mr. Anshul Graduated with a degree of commerce from India & completed his professional degree of Chartered Accountancy (CA.) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is solution oriented, having strong Accounting & Tax experience & has been actively involved in consultancy services from last 8 years.
While working in Dubai he has worked over different verticals such as taxation, Auditing, Accounting, MIS reporting & various other compliances. He also possesses experience of working in a fortune 500 company where he was spearheading whole of finance function for eastern hemisphere.
Mr. Anshul had also been a faculty for VAT for ICAI when it was initially introduced in UAE. He has conducted various workshops and seminars of VAT decree law. He is also pursuing a similar program for upcoming Corporate tax laws.
